Summary:
The Family Clinic Director, provides leadership for daily operations, regulatory compliance, service delivery, financial performance, and policy development and implementation supporting the Rural Health Center (Family Clinic). Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent has primary responsibility for the market development, planning, goal setting, physician relations, budget development and execution for the Clinic. Under the general direction of and collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer, the incumbent is responsible for the EHR system performance and security, planning and organizing of clinical service delivery, clinical quality management, customer acquisition, satisfaction, retention and loyalty, patient charge capture, billing, and employee supervision and productivity. The incumbent serves as staff to the CCO for Medical Staff administration.
Qualifications:
Education:
Business Administration or Clinical Baccalaureate is required.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible senior management experience preferably in a Healthcare organization.
Three to five years' demonstrated accomplishment in business development as an entrepreneur preferred.
Three to Five years as a Family Practice Clinic Leader preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
